Never heard of them but thanks for posting them. I can't get enough Space Rock since stumbling on that little subgenre.

Three piece band practice last night. Be better if all would attend. Drummer has a bum wing and it might be good for him to take a rest for a couple weeks.
Getting used to new computer glasses... Pretty much tri focals.![]()
I'm like Neil from The Young Ones.dirty ass hippie
Hmmm. Well, the flavor of the quinoa itself is very mild. We use it in salads with lime juice, cilantro, black beans and corn. Spice it with some cumin, salt, pepper, and maybe a little red pepper flakes for some heat.I found that stuff intriguing but never had any concoction of it that didn't taste like arse.
It's how I feel lately... My eye's were pretty stable for years and the last five it's been worse. Picked up a normal set first after this last checkup and the difference was night and day. Time to go in for yearly checkups now.

Yeah it is mild but for some reason I don't like the taste or the texture, wanted too though. Tried doctoring it up a few times and buying some of the mixes but just couldn't get on with it, like a pretty girl with a stinky cooch.
is quinoa crunchy hollowness, Texture wise?
I'm adventurous, but I know what I like. If I'm not following a recipe I have a pretty standard go to.
Everything I cook I season with a salt, pepper, chili flake, cumin, paprika, cayenne and turmeric mix.
Or/also contains chili sauce or paste, coconut water or milk, soy sauce, sesame oil, butter, garlic and some vinegar or fish sauce. Been adding raisins or some chopped dates in to stuff to lately.

Not crunchy, per se, but harder than rice. I like it because it is a complete protein, opposed to rice. you can probably find it in a local supemarket deli section in a premixed salad, give it a whirl that way.is quinoa crunchy hollowness, Texture wise?

Yeah that sums up the texture too me.
This is my favorite sauce right now. I never heard of Carolina mustard BBQ sauce till finding an awesome BBQ place in Virginia that keeps 6 regional BBQ sauces on the table. This Sticky Fingers Carolina Classic is very close to their Savannah sauce and you can get it at Walmart. It is awesome on chicken, pork, fish, and French fries. I love pouring it over what I am baking in the oven, even roasted some chick peas in it. I want to try making some beans in it. Their Carolina Sweet is killer too for standard BBQ sauce flavor.

Carolina sauce is the best, much better than Texas sauce. If I could have Texas brisket, Carolina pork butt and Carolina sauce that'd be perfect. Sliced pickles and onions too.
Never bake, I don't think I've used a oven in any placed I've lived in alone. I should try it.
Almost bought some last night but wild rice was on sale $1 a box.
Yep. You have to cook the quinoa until the little tail pops out.
