What site are you using that gives you such odd pairings?
Two of the major app based free ones. Okc and I think the other was POF. I'm not very familiar with them, my jaded 34 year old buddy has been schooling me on the best way to use them and what to look for.
I thought that meant they knew their way around a fretboard.
Sold my old Ashdown 5-15 combo at last today. Now I kinda miss the additional table space it provided for the last 6 months.

I got an offer to join a project, my initial response was no but my wife told me I was being a snob.

@Muddslide You need to record/post some more songs from your surf/lo-fi style band. I was listening to those two tracks a bunch this morning and digging them.

I'm going to attempt to figure out how to record through garage band to give you guys a flavor sample, but no promises. I'm basically computer illiterate. For some reason figuring out programs and card games are two things that I am embarrassingly poor at.

Oh man. Pissed would be an understatement. But then again it's hard to be pissed at an infant. Sorry mang, she's still a beauty. Now she has some of that 35 year old peavey flair.

Mentioned this the other day. It's like $249, and another $159 for the expression pedal, but it's a crazy versatile fuzz.

Wait. I take that back. _I_ am why I can't have nice things. My 6 and 3 year old boys have just inherited that clumsiness-to-the-point-of-violence trait from me.
I do keep an old frankenbeater p-bass around whose sole purpose is for the boys to vroom their Hot Wheels cars up and down the fretboard. That way when I'm noodling in their vicinity, they'll actually leave me and my bass alone.
Every time my 4 years old nephew is at my place, I get all the knobs on my pedalboard turned (usually to the max) and my amp cranked up. He almost blew my speaker once or twice!
