do you by chance eat you dinner in the bathtub?
I might poke fun but I really enjoyed living in redneck rural areas. Really hope the next year or two sees me into another. This hokey suburb is demoralizing. I hear the freeway 24/7 not to mention neighbors and their dogs/turkeys.(Really thought one would disappear around Thanxgiving, I think they didn't have the stones.)
Pacifier left in frame so I retain my street cred.

Also: seeing Kadavar on Saturday. Last gig this year, here's hoping it won't suck!
I totally dig it, the track called "If you were my woman you'd have a human baby" is amazing.I hope you dig it. I see that Moxee, WA is a bit outside Yakima. My wife's people are spread across the eastern slope of the Cascades from Central OR up through Southeast WA. Many holidays and family trips have taken me to Bend OR, Tri-Cities, Yakima, Walla Walla, and Lake Chelan WA. My father-in-law is retired and is set up in his cabin/grandkid-wonderland/apocalypse compound up in the Blue Mountains past Dayton. I won't be traveling up there this winter, but I'm glad a little piece of me made it up that way.
I hear ya. Too much concrete makes me nervous. It's a trip living where I am now as there are rednecks of all colors here. I seriously thought of buying a camera and filming the day to day activities of the locals here. The catalyst was driving back to my girlfriend's house and the black redneck family with rebel flags and jacked up trucks were trying to mount a tire with a sledgehammer by repeatedly beating on the sidewall with all their might. I actually had to stop in the middle of the road because I was laughing so hard I could no longer drive. She kept saying drive Joe, drive don't be stopped still in front of their house laughing at our neighbors. Good times. And the special language that the local watermen use is absurd to new levels and I thought Northeastern PA slang was funny, we had nothing on these fellers.
Black rednecks are so strange.
Yesterday I saw couple guys in a beat up Tacoma blasting Dio era sabbath.
Up the road there's a family that dresses like they are the human form of the country bear jamboree. Only they breed stray cats so there's always like 10 in the road as you try to pass, forcing you to drive slow and stare at them. One of them is "special" and also only has 1.5 legs and is always wandering amongst the cats in the yard on a knee and a stump.
There we go dammit a cabinet.
