I seem to always shoot my "pay off my debt gas free kick" in the foot.
This is America! Shooting and going into debt are cornerstones of our country, so go show some civic pride and buy it.

I recognize that place! Didn't know they did used stuff. Good shop. GREAT pedal selection.Having serious GAS/financial anxiety as I type. Just left a local music shop that has this ULTRA clean Acoustic 360/361 for a total of $800. I may have to sell my T40 and maybe some other goodies ASAP. I have it held for me until Saturday to think about it but holy poopie... Iconic bass gear seems to sprout in the most unpredictable manner.

Should I dig deeper and plunge for it or roll the dice on saving. I'm not really sure. It would be a crazy collection piece.

There's one of those same Acoustic stacks in a local shop, don't remember the exact price but it's way over $800.

YOU BUY THAT G*****N RIG RIGHT NOW.
New pedals.
I probably will buy it. I just need a night or two to swallow the credit card statement that will be forthcoming. UGH....
Apparently it has been up there for like 5 or 6 months. Recently dropped from $1000.
Probably actually going to put the Miku before everything except the tuner. The only obvious solution is fuzz>Miku set to "Scat"(as if there were another real option)>fuzz blended in parallel with Fuzz>ravish, all going into reverb.
I guess the only thing I'd check with the shop is what work has been done to it. Does it have the OG Cerwin Vega speaker? Is the internal power amp all up to snuff?
Please put Miku after fuzz. I must know if Miku sounds angry after fuzz, or just terrible.Probably actually going to put the Miku before everything except the tuner.
And then the ravish after that.
So TU-3->Miku->Ravish->Swollen Pickle->Bass Big Muff->Wah->Reverb->D-180 amp.
Both fuzz pedals will soon be replaced by a single Dunwich.
New pedals.
There's a demo of that on youtube already. Please put Miku after fuzz. I must know if Miku sounds angry after fuzz, or just terrible.
About to try it out.how ya like that Ravish Sitar??? Ive been on the fence about one for a long time... The demos online are kinda hit or miss and I cant tell how it would be for my playing.
PEAVEYBroke the seal on bass gear for the first time in awhile.
Snagged a USA Millennium for $120 (150 shipped)...
Unless of course GC had the wrong picture which we all know is entirely possible.
Guess we will see, they had it listed as a AC BXP.
There's a demo of that on youtube already.
I'll try that configuration out. I imagine the tracking will be a problem, though. No, the opposite direction. Fuzz pedal output into Miku input. Likely terrible, but I must know for certain.
