Neat cab....I run 2 Schroeder 1x15's with Neo drivers and really dig them. Jorg Schroeder is a solid dude too if you should ever need his help.

I love the Darkglass head - when I switched from an svt to that, I shaved 80 lbs off my rig.
For me the best part of the DG head is that it's so versatile. With other heads it was always like, "ok, ampegs sound like this, and I can tweak it a little to get what I want, but it's always going to sound like an ampeg." Not picking on ampeg, I've had a ton of heads and I always felt that I had to adapt the sound in my head to what the amp could do.
With the DG I feel like it's more of a blank canvas, that I can create whatever sound I want.
This is a clip from our last show, you can get an idea of what it sounds like in a room context.
I don't use a whole lot of grit but all the dirt is coming from the amp. I had the drive about 1/3 of the way up, and gain about 1/2 up, so it has a lot more on tap.

Sounds pretty good. I've always been kind of weirded out by class d heads but lately I've been really considering one of these. Plus they look killer too haha

Don't know much about darkglass but i think i need an ALPHA-OMEGA to run in front of my Rusty Box.
I like od's and fuzzes that are more square wave/mid rangey- looks like this fits the bill.

Hey Boy-ohs, long time since I've checked in. Just about finished restoring one of my Sunn 2000s cabs, just need to screw the back on and drill the jack hole. Also brainstorming cabs to use with the JTM 45/100 once it's back up and running. I want to go with one of the tall Marshall 1982B cabs, like the early stacks came with, gonna talk to a couple builders about it. The main question is what speakers to get in it. I'm currently looking at Celestion V30s, and Weber Thames, Californias, or Michigans. The Thames are like old Fanes, Calis are based on JBL D120s, and the Michigans are based on EVM12s. It'd be used as the Treble/drive side of my rig, so I don't need a bunch of bass extension, just doing ongoing research on them.

Dunno when it will get done, but currently I'm looking at Mojotone cabs, who actually builds all the cabs and does the covering for Metropolous (who then installs hardware), or Mather cabs, as I just saw a guy on The Gear Page who had Mather make him one with the EC Collins grill cloth.

I'm not a parent (not that I know of, anyway) but this to me seems to be the essence of parenting.

Mojotone does really solid stuff, they're made here in North Carolina, so I see a fair number of them in the wild.

I ended up fixing my Abm RC in a cheap case with some work.
It was my first live in two years last night, even tho I didn't play with my post-rock stoner band, i'll use the same amp. So I guess it qualifies here:

I was scared my old Mag115 would not keep up but damn the Abm EvoII RC drove it great, the Fairfield Barbershop did its job at making the sound more organic with slight distortion, and when I engaged the Swollen Pickle it flipped people over.

Stereo mics on drums, 1 mic on guitar, 1 mic on bass, screw vocals...

I've far more use out of the H4N than any other piece of recording gear I've ever bought.
Super versatile.

Tascam dr100 (latest version). Way more features than i need but i like the unidirectional mics for my purposes. Pretty easy to use though you get it set up.

6 months ago I had two duallies, ampeg 810, avatar 115, Sunn 215s and two peavey 215s. I decided to downsize and get rid of cabs that just took up basement floor space. I sold off the avatar, ampeg and peavey cabs.

In the next monthish, I'll be receiving a Mauler 215 (Sunn 2000s cab clone) and making the trek to Iowa to pickup @Pelham Bleu 's Peavey TVX 412.

5-215s and an 810 to 3-215s to 4-215s and a 412. What once necessitated downsizing has once again regained traction. The gear waxes and wanes.

Oh well. My cab game is strong, hahaha.

I'm loading the Mauler 215 with my JBL K140s for full steam OG 2000s glory. It's my primary apartment rig. It'll also be my go to studio rig. I'm pretty stoked. Wood should meet stain next week sometime.
