Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

Unrelated to filters, I really want to try a BC Rich Eagle bass... two p-pups, neck through, 24 frets. They have never been my thing, but I stumbled upon them and can't stop thinking about them. Also, Derek Smalls used one. Has anyone ever tried one of the quality 70's or 80's BC Riches?
If you get one, you need the leather outfit and embryo tube thing to go with it.

and here is the bass that he was playing... a BC Rich Eagle...

I do not, for one, think that the problem was that the band was down. I think that the problem may have been, that there was a Stonehenge monument on the stage that was in danger of being crushed by a dwarf. Alright? That tended to understate the hugeness of the object.
Ian Faith: I really think you're just making much too big a thing out of it.
Derek Smalls: Making a big thing out of it would have been a good idea.

Swede update:

I continued to troubleshoot yesterday with one of the techs here at work and, while visually inspecting the board under the microscope, he noticed that I missed one solder joint on a resistor :sour:

We fixed that and everything seemed to work. However, I haven't been able to try it with an instrument because I forgot the damn pedal at work yesterday afternoon

I'll try it out tonight and report back
