If there was a way to work the Dually design into a 3x15 that would probably be ideal. I don't know what kind of impedance nightmares that would cause though. A 4x15 Dually would probably be too tall to load into most vehicles.

It will be delivered via drone to each show.

Dropped from the air it will be remote powered so that the air pushing from the speakers lets it land like a harrier.

I think it was husky 123 that has a dually and a bassic. It's a pretty big stack with an amp on top.

See that would be nice, but I don't need any more volume and I'm not going to drag another half cab along just because of any aesthetic insecurities I do agree that the Dually looks pretty squatty on the backline, but all I care about is how it sounds. In the past I've had issues with 610s and such because my head is too far above the speakers, but that doesn't happen with the Dually.

Yeah, I'm 6'5 haha. To me that's a true display of the Dually's superior dispersion without using graphs or charts. I can hear what I'm playing better than when I play through a taller, less efficient cab.

Yep, add a bassic with your flavor of 8 Ohm driver, and get a 2 Ohm stable amp.

I really wish Orange would release a TB-Pre. A 1u pre or even a stomp box ala Aguilar TH would be sweet.

It's the ideal cab configuration for a GK800rb. Both amps used full range.

Yea I remember you saying that before and when Kawai met you and toast lol.

I be like 6'2", I wish I was taller not my gear.

I was thinking how much this gear I just got is really worth, I could probably trade or flip it to get almost any amp other than custom or crazy vintage stuff out there and I only spent like $200.

If this Rocktron/Demeter/crown setup disappoints it should part out to over a grand. That fender tbp-1 pre that was described as wooly intrigues me, or a svp, or a real svt, or a tb1000.

Oh BTW my guitarist got a Black Arts Quantum Mystic, that pedal Mark worked with Mike of Yob with. Can't wait to hear it.

my guitarist has been using it since it came out, he loves it. nick worked on it too.

Got a line on broken Carbon Copy and TS10 pedals. CC is most likely a trimpot issue, TS10 should be an easy fix. Lowballed the guy, we'll see what he responds with. Not particularly interested in either one, but they'd be great for a fix-n-flip. Then I could use those funds for more old EHX. The evil plan is coming together....

Gholas is a badass band name. It's from the Dune universe - a clone made from dead tissue and imprinted with subconscious mind control by their creator.

If someone close to a person in a position of power dies, the folks with the cloning technology would offer to clone the dead person and restore their memories/consciousness once they hit a certain age. They'd charge a huge price for this and leave latent mind control imprinting in the clone, which they'd often use to kill the person who paid for the clone in the first place.

They could sell that assassination to the person's enemy - where it would usually be impossible to get past the leader/important person's security they'd have an in with their imprinted clone.

That does indeed sound awesome. I've never actually watched Dune. I bought a movie on DVD called Dune when I was in college at a store for like $2. I came home and was super excited to show my roommate/best friend that I bought Dune, because he had mentioned the movie to me a million times and I had never seen it. But apparently it was a completely different movie named Dune haha.

I have the real version downloaded in HD, just haven't gotten around to watching it myself/convincing the wife yet.

The movies aren't so great. The David Lynch one is visually very cool - great for a late night viewing - but the casting is god-awful, the acting is bad and they take some liberties with the story.

Definitely read the books. The first 4 are amazing, the last two are pretty good.
