Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

Cheap TC Electronic Corona chorus pedal on eBay. Painfully tempted to get it but I'm all out of power outputs and space on the board. Anyone wanna try and talk me off the ledge?

I have a corona chorus mini coming tomorrow or the next day, and I say do it!! Just buy a cheapo daisy chain on eBay for >$5.00 to add 3 power outputs. They're also small so I'm sure you'll find space somewhere (:

Okay so I'm looking at mgr for drums when I should be sleeping...

There's this sweet slingerland 3 piece.

What people think?

We have a few cymbals laying around in the space I'll be using those. I really dig the slingerland radio king type kick mount for cymbals, so I plan on having doing that so don't need a stand for a single cymbal.

Then I need a high hat, kick pedal and throne...I'm not going for an amazing kit by any means it'll be for jamming and it will probably never leave the space.

OH MY WHAT IS THIS?...

Is that worth the $50 amd the hassle of making it work right?

That big Madison bass drum, marching snare drum, and go for a a good kick, high hat stand and pair of hats first.

I had a cheap high hat stand and it was always coming apart and the bass drum was hard to hit consistently with the first pedal I had (both Rogers bottom of the barrel hardware).

This will get you a lot that makes a beat and let's you take your time grabbing the rest as you decide.

I wish I had that bass drum as an option here. I'd also totally get a smaller bass drum and get floor tom feet for it and then just have two big toms and a virgin kick, big snare.

Here is a mock-up of what one of the designs (milky clear and black haze) will look like. The other design is the same except it is a white haze.

Well fellas here it is, my first pedal demo:

First is clean, then treble and gain at noon with mid boost off, then same settings with mid boost on, then treble at noon, gain at 3:00 with mid boost off, then same settings with mid boost on. I usually use it at the last setting.

Excuse the fret buzz and poor technique, it was late and beers were consumed. :D

This was just a quick and dirty recording to make sure everything worked, if there's anything specific that you guys want to hear let me know. I'll work on a list of my pedals and post it in a bit if anyone is interested.
