Do we do COVID(-whatever) here?

Thing is, I'm in Day One of my quarantaine. Yesterday morning, I heard that my girlfriend had tested positive (caught it in the line of duty, most likely–she was fully vaccinated, by the way). While I am still 'clean' (officially tested as such), it is still good practice for me too to abstain from social intercourse until my being negative is confirmed five days from now.

I know that the pandemic has hit people much, much harder than this. But still... Missing my girlfriend (we still have separate households) and her daughter, even less social life than what was already possible...

Looking at things from the bright side: I was holidaying anyhow, and there will be plenty of bass fiddling and other music-related activity in the days to come.

Indeed. It's good of you to recognize that some are worse off than you, but it's still tough to handle this stuff. Take care, man!

Do what you feel is best, and I hope your girlfriend makes a full and speedy recovery. I have a System Collapse and love it, it's by far the best Rat I've played through. I've only played through, like 3, but still, it's great.

I had a Ceremonial, Gremlin's Model T, and it was great too, but I replaced it with the Correct Sound tube beta hybrid MK-II. https://reverb.com/item/74951-tube-beta-hybrid-mk-ii The Correct Sound is the only thing I can see dethroning a Ceremonial.

Good to hear, I'm glad I took the dive. If they ever make more, the hilbish night destroyer is in my sights, but really I think it'd be rad to just pick up their Beta Amp.

Happy New Year everyone, I just barely made it I think to 12...can't remember from being so tired.

Pfff, I was out cold by 11. Traveling with a sick toddler takes its toll. But we still had a pretty good night at the Crystal Palace in Bakersfield. Finally going home today thank f'n Jesus, vacation was kind of a disaster. Bah humbug (farting noises)
