New hands? Maybe some sort of blues-style deal with the Devil at the crossroads? Certainly that's also doom-approved?
Not taking up manual labor 30 years ago? Also, don’t break your knuckles. It hurt to like your post & I literally feel your pain. Ima try a craft brew pot water with 5mg of thc.
And of course, if the Robot Devil made that deal with me, he'd end up with the same problem he had with Fry's hands:
Anybody try the Blower Box Deluxe yet? He's got a sale going on, and I was debating checking it out. Not sure if it does anything similar to my Volt Thrower or Iron Pig, and I can't even find a demo vid of the deluxe version.
So did everyone enjoy their Christmas? Or at least manage to survive it?
Mine was quite good. The Baltimore girl is sweet and funny, and we had a load of fun. She is actually interested in following my build thread in the Luthier's Corner!
Dinner was good too: fries, nuggets, and salad. Very christmassy.

Christmas was nice and mellow, as I like it. Got gifts, ate too much, napped.
I got one of the rarest gifts in a house with a wife and four kids. Everyone left for the day, and I had the house all to myself. Seemed like a good time to get creative and try the Walrus Eras for some stoner/doom overdrive/distortion.
Christmas was a bit wild, but the last few days after have been much more relaxing. It's been decent overall.
We had a super chill xmas despite having to travel. Spent some xmas money on this sire V5 today
I disassembled my big board into, the band board, more ambient stuff and the side dirt board. I’m still going back and forth between phase and chorus on the band board. If I got a smaller delay pedal…

I totally enjoyed mine. Christmas day, we had a brisket I smoked (a tradition in my family), mac 'n cheese with chilies in it, and cider vinegar slaw (we're still eating the leftovers). I got a eurorack drum machine (vpme.de Quad Drum Voice) and a Guitar Center gift card that I'm currently figuring out what to use it on.
Both of these sound great. (Even as a vegetarian, that brisket sounds pretty yummy as well.)

I did a lot of driving for Christmas. first Branson Missouri with my GFs family then Kentucky with family of mine I haven't seen since before COVID. It was great to see them and I had my first Christmas with snow!
After it was all said and done we figured out that we drove over 2000 miles this past week. Was a great Christmas though.
