Ever watch "waiting for god?"
Awesome bitter old woman.
No, I'll have to check that out.

Older British comedy show set in a retirement home. Lead character has quite a mouth on her.
i only use fuzz pedals if child porn is etched on the box.
Been wanting to check out Nebraska. Heard it was pretty bleak black comedy.
starting to get the pre-show jitters. Need to get out of work and grab a beer.
Regarding fuzz use: I often find that a grindy OD tone works better for me than all-out fuzz (blankety or buzz saw). That's coz my guitarist usually goes for fuzz tones and the mix can get pretty muddy when I do, too. Sometimes it's a cool wall-of-sound effect, sometimes it's a less-cool bog of murk. I usually end up preferring a cutting OD instead to get some separation in the mix.
Among all the dirt and combos of dirt I've tried, I almost always come back to the Sheehan OD into BDPG, for recording at least. For live I'll just go with whatever dirt's suiting my fancy at the moment and can get gnarly.
I go through most shows without missing a single note, and I've never had one major screw up that any normal audience member would ever noticed, but I still get the bubble guts on show days haha.

i've yet to play a show perfectly. There is always at least one major (for me) fvck up. But practicing is soooo not kool.![]()
I just want all the pedals.

The ibanez roadstar arrived, it's got that old bass smell... Or is that new Corey smell? I like it a lot but can't mess with it til after the hike.
Well, I did rub myself all over it before shipping.
