Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

I don't know *** is going on any more... I makes absolutely zero difference to me... Just flashed in my head this would be about my only red shirt. The other Red shirt is an original Jacks Back promo from years ago, can't wear it though. Because Fatness and oldness.

Stepson makes a little coin reselling short run product, shoes shirts and such. Told him find how many you see like this in Cali.

It's a fantastic promo piece. Well see if any of the crew out here catch on.
Bay area has some doom and prog fans so hope you guys can hitch on out for some shows.
haha, ok well maybe you're confusing it with the black one that you also ordered...with the album art on it. We should be getting those in sometime this week. We try to do some different t-shirt colours to change things up. Too many black t-shirts in the metal world ;)

You're trying to sell music gear without giving someone the opportunity to test it out. That's pretty suspicious and scammy of you. You kept altering the deal and giving a dude the runaround.

I think you're a rather low character.

I didn't alter the deal at all. When I realized I couldn't meet the buyer's request, I told him so and ended the deal.

As for the low character comment, you're entitled to your opinion.

Look, I don't follow this thread and have no interest to do so. I only posted here because someone was roiding that I had no balls to speak up. I did.
If all you have is name calling, then I'm just going to get on with my life.

that seems like a lot of work to create one of the most easily obtained cabs out there :)
Clearly it's something done at least partly for fun.

Look, you came into our thread to bring your dispute with askrere over here and whine about him insulting your manhood. And now you're butthurt because I said something mean to you? What were you trying to accomplish? If you want to whine to askrere about how unfair it is that he insulted you because you can't be bothered to go to a guitar center, do that over PM or something. Don't barge in here making your private dispute over the cab, that you apparently are unwilling to let the prospective buyer test out, our business.

You came to us, not the reverse.

Truthfully I'm blown away he didn't do it in 1/2BB. All the internal dividers brace the hell out of that thing. Just a tiny bit more bracing and he could save quite a bit of weight. Just saying'.
I guess he's trying to make it pretty exact.

Or weight's just not an issue.

Burgers - 80/20 for sure. I often mix that and ground pork. I'll also add an egg for extra stickyness because I like feta as well as some pico de gallo and a little Worcester all mixed in.

Other than that I got nothing.

Although, I am getting some interest from a rather high quality hottie I recently became reacquainted with. Right now its in the texting back and forth, learning about each other stage. To early to tell how it will play out but it's my first attempt since becoming single after a six year hell ride and looks promising so far. She was at the big beach party we had at the club on Sunday in a killer red bikini and was totally bangin in a big way.

It could be sweet.

I want to see some hardcore sh*t though.

I saw this DVD at the store in Austin called Bum Fights, maybe that's what you need.

This month is a wash as I'll be in Richardson Tx next week.

My neck of the woods, what's here for you?

Well I offered to meet you at your place/town at your asking price after you said you were going for asking price + shipping instead of meeting me at the city you suggested in your ad. Again I am sorry I got wigged out but I felt I was still offering you a better deal and it irked me that you ignored me.

I didn't and still don't get why I couldn't test it be it in Waco, or anywhere, but that's whatever I've made the risk plenty of times on gear I couldn't plug in/turn on/up etc. and certainly would have taken the risk with a fellow TB'er.

What is 80/20? I don't think i've seen groundbeef labelled like that up here in the frozen north. I chop onions very fine, a little hot sauce, worcesterchestershire sauce salt and pepper. it's a burger,
not some haute cuisine truffel infused bull****

Here it means meat to fat ratio.

It's good on grills, charcoal esp. In a pan it's pretty greasy quick, esp. If you're not making patties, say taco meat or for pasta, it gets really fatty real quick unless you strain it. Which you totally should as with all fats. Beef fat means Yorkshire pudding.

Just thinking I think I buy 70/30 actually... And I'm talking about that. But 90/10 is better if you don't want greasy pan based cooking.

Hey I'm from MI, and I would never cook a burger anywhere but the grill.

You do a lot of pan cookin' down there in Texas? ;)
