I was thinking about how I liked Mr. Perfect and Bret Hart a lot when I was younger. Those guys were pretty precise.

I really liked that Lemmy doc the first time. I watched it again and all I could think was Dave Grohl is such a sack rider. But it is his hero. And I couldn't say that I wouldn't do the same.

im sorry but this whole infatuation with pentagram is hilarious. the band was literally irrelevant for decades, and all the sudden doom/stoner music is getting some recognition and suddenly pentagram are the godfathers of it? i dont think so.
and on top of it, they just arent very good. relentless is an ok record, and thats about it.

Yea to still be playing that dated music anywhere when they weren't that big to begin with is pretty cool I guess, but he's pretty delusional to think he'd ever get truly famous off it. I'd focus more on a new music or my day job, to hell with delivering cafeteria food or whatever to fund my mullet.
Pentagram played as a headliner on a stoner festival here in Warsaw. I didn't listen to much of their music, but but it seemed ok at the beginning. Then, the vocalist ran to the stage flailing his arms and legs, he looked as if my father grew long hair, made a crude eye makeup and acted like he was 16. I left. Besides, Acid King opened for them, that night couldn't possibly get any better anyway.
As for the documentaries, check out Jodorowsky's Dune. It's pretty cool, Jodorowsky wanted to make Dune in mid 70's with Salvador Dali in it, but it backfired and they never started filming. Watching it right now. All the sketches of costumes, starships, locations etc are pretty far out.

Since hearing about Ultramantis Black, I've been watching Chikara pro wrestling. Dragon Gate, ROH, and CZW are some other almost breakthrough promotions. WWE has it on lockdown. TNA started to get lame once the 86'ed the six sided ring.
I'm getting pretty psyched to set up my new workbench. I've got an old HeathKit signal generator, tracked down an old Fluke bench meter for free, now I just need a power supply and a oscilloscope.
