Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

Because it's not fighting like a man, or fighting like a woman. It's fighting like someone who knows how to fight, or someone who doesn't. My sister knows how to fight, for instance (we fought a ton as children).

My trans friends have informed me that "trannies" is to transgendered people what "faggots" is to gay people, and what "kikes" is to Jewish people. It's a slur, apparently. I found that out the hard way. The term they prefer apparently is "trans women" or "trans men."
See that's a landmine too. Trans men applies to origin or destination?
Besides I was referring to Queens. Not transgendered, just cross dressing.
Either way I get how it can be derogatory though a nice colloquial pet name would be nice.

In "trans men," the destination is "men." So, people who were born female, but now are dudes. For transgendered people in generally, I usually use "trans folks," which is, while a bit silly sounding, not insulting.

Drag Queens are different, as that's partly performance art. And the term isn't derogatory if the person you're referring to actually is a drag queen. And it's not usually that hard to tell if they are actually a drag queen, as part of the point with drag seems to be trying to be as over the top and campy as possible.

That is absolutely idiotic. Im all for showing respect to people but that is like my grandmother feeling "grannie" to be an epithet! Its like being mad at someone for the basic nature of the English language.

Great ammunition for shooting in town. They mostly go unnoticed as their very quiet.
Probably worthless on anything larger than a skunk though.

I used my crossman pump bb/pellet gun pumped 11 times with a bb. Pellet probably next time as I shouldn't rely on my accuracy to get it done.

My .22 revolver would probably be quite noisey still.

As I mowed I knew the response would be this. My thoughts on that are then why on porn sites is it always "choose straight, gay or tranny"? I mean they were nice for the first two why hate on the third. I figured it's like the simplified term for it.

Native Americans called it two-spirits/berdaches.

****, up early for a 3 hour compass test, then several car loads of moving, then two bike rides/walks back from the new place (keeping the bikes in the garage over there instead of our deck). I'm beat. Time for dinner and beer.

It is way past scotch-30.
Good thinking Lincoln.
