Morning fellers. The wife and I watched Oculus last night. Fairly decent slow-burn horror movie. Some the actors weren't so great and the ending was a little lame (which seems to be the case with most horror movies), but it was decent and entertaining.

Chromes/flats would probably help you get a darker sound out of the Ric too.
Good show last night. Saw Toastfuzz's band play for the first time, as well as another rad local, and King Buffalo who has an upcoming STB release. They were really killer live. Had some light strings on all their cabs and the bassist was running them and switching up the patterns with a light controller.

The ric is strung with roto flats now and the chromes I tried didn't sound good. I also have never really cared for the neck pickup in the white ric and have threatened on more then once to swap it with something. Should just sell the dang thing.
Some days need certain things.

It's a Leeches of Lore kind of day for me. Thinking of dumping my pedals to keep just a few core favorites so I can buy back my Waterstone. The tone of that sum bich will haunt me till I buy another one or save and save for a Ric, argh why couldn't it show up in the classifieds in a more flush time of year for me.
