These are the same trained ears that can hear the difference in brands of speaker cable.Reading that amp thread... I think anyone who says they have trained ears in regards to tone is just warning you they are supposed to be ignored.

I used to love them but I've found i like straight p or full jazz. That's why black bass is getting a dead bridge pickup installed. Found a perfect candidate too. Found a pickup with the coil broke at a local shop.
