Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

Oh my, this has been one hell of a weekend. Saturday is our school's...shall we say...tacitly acknowledge day of "psychedelic" exploration, and then today was of course the 20th. I don't remember any of the bands that played yesterday, but while wandering around near one of the dorms today, stumbled upon this awesome group just going at it. No announcements had been made that I recall, and after checking their tour dates, we were not listed as a stop, but goddamn am I glad they came through. Maybe the best band I've ever heard on my college campus, and definitely a good group for this particular day. Some of the stuff they were playing today was seriously spacey in the jam parts, not doomy, I know but still.

Well you won't get caught up with anodizing like I did with the wood body, so perhaps it is possible. The 35.5" neck isn't a stock thing so that may add some delay to your time. But he's done thunderbird bodies before, and he's got the wood for it already. Hopefully it'll come out in a reasonable time frame.
