Does anyone know anything about Dan Armstrong plexi basses other than weight and sound? I have an amigo with some legitimate connections with former SLM guys who has BOTH a short scale and long scale plexi. I haven't sniffed even the faintest squeak of information about a long scale plexi, yet he has one in brand new condition with both pups and a mint ampeg OHSC. He may try to sell it to me in the future. I'm pressing him for documentation as I feel a serious ampeg collector may wet their panties over a prototype long scale plexi in mint.

That's what I am saying. I haven't seen nor heard of anything across the web about a long scale variant. I've seen MM puped prototypes and the usual model. It's a closet lurker for him because he is a little guy and 34" scale is difficult for him to play. It's not a bass I particularly want for my arsenal, but if it is a worthwhile investment bass I may jump when the time arises. Also they are cool basses and a neat chunk of history. I don't know if it is a reissue(still outrageously rare) or NOS. Going to ply for more details and a jam session with it in the coming weeks.

Nah, you are better off than me, my Jazzguarbird is all ready to go, just needs to be bolted together and soldered up. Probably get that all done over the long Christmas break but until then no bass for me. Lots of guitar playing lately.

Well the religion division hit my household at bedtime tucking Micah in. Micah likes to be tucked in and have a book read to him. Usually Sarah does it. So I was doing it and he said read to me, ok, read my God book, no, what other book would you like me to read, no read my God book, no, what other book, then he flips out screaming do you hate God, uhm...no, he's ok I guess(err awkward, wishing I had Bilbo's ring so I could slide it on my finger), ok good night buddy. Poor bugger is already brainwashed, and nothing I can do about it, sucks.

Dude, you want to fix the god problem, read him the Old Testament.
Nothing says Jehovah's a dick like his temper tantrums.

Awesome. You know I just wish they would let him grow up enough to make his own decision. If he choose religion then so be it. I am not forcing no religion on him, let him find his path. I hate the lead the children to God horseshite. No lead a child to knowledge, that's what you should do as a parent.

Yeah god is dressed in white, must of been a wife beater he was rocking. Is it evil that I wish they made an atheist video game for Xbox 360 that is super fun to play, ah honey let the kid play his game, you sit still, I will bring his dinner up to him.
