TC Sub 'N' Up Octaver! New Octave Pedal!

I'm really loving this pedal so far but I feel like I've just scratched the surface of what it can do. Side note, anyone else notice that the Polyphonic Organ Generator is no longer a preset option on the phone app? Not sure what happened there or if it's just me.

This pedal sounds really nice on the A, D and G strings, but sort of sounded like it did a lot of fishing around when the guy ventured lower.
I haven't had any problems with tracking on the e string. Certainly nothing that would be perceptible in a band setting. It tracks as well as both the Nano POG and Aguilar Octamizer that I've owned, if not better.
I may just be over-critical. I've been shopping for an octave for quite a while and still haven't landed. Is there anything in particular about this pedal that made you switch from one or both of those two highly regarded octaves?
So I have gift cards and went to buy the sub n up at a particular "Center that sells Guitars" but the sales guy said "they are not out yet, won't be available till late July"

Just got mine and tested it with my Vox Time Machine and Aftershock. Results are quite nice, tracks to low A fairly well. TonePrints are super cool, too, can get a wealth of tones out of it with my J.

Well, we'll find out soon enough - just ordered one. I'm also gambling a bit that the toneprint will get me what I need.
Hey so has anyone decided whether or not this bad boy can do a convincing OC2/octomizer type octave yet?? I keep seeing POG references and so forth but no one has really said the subnup can most definitely nail down an OC2 type octave.....
Oh, and if this thing can do what the POG2/POG can do to a certain extent, I'm like, WAY game. I really like my POG2, but don't use it often. When I do though it's extremely effective. It would be cool to know this pedal, that is almost 3 times smaller, can do what it does.
And if it can't do POG/octamizer/OC-2 is it a bad pedal? It seems to me that pedals are becoming like basses - new ones are worthless if they don't sound like old ones.
Once upon a time these benchmarks did not exist, and I don't really buy into the notion that, contrary to most human endeavours, they were all right first time. We really should open our minds and stop pre-judging new pedals based on their stone-age ancestors.
If you want OC-2 then get an OC-2.
