the bebensee arrives today!!!!!!

yea, he told me to screw myself.
I sent it to the low end for sale
and I'll see what I can get out of it.
the I will file suit against him.
there not much I can do without filing a real lawsuit and that will cost me more than I payed for the bass,
and retrieving any type of remunerations will be difficult because it appears as though he has nothing.
but I will try

Hes just a total jackass and sheister. wouldnt offer to do ANY more work on that bass. NOTHING
said , and I quote
"I am finished slaving over your bass"!

can you believe the kahones on this guy?
He really has no idea who is on the other end of that statement and what I am willing or not willing to do to find justice.
He has never seen or met me in person and knows nothing about me.

I may just want a souvenir from him, you never know.
honestly I am trying to forget about that situation and move on because theres something horrible locked up inside me and I really cannot let it out. For my own sake!

hopefully I can sell it
thats the best possible outcome.

as a former KB owner, I have followed this thread. I feel horribly about what has happened here. I don't usually post anymore, but I am compelled this time. I know your pain, at this time , I have been owed money by a name player/artist here in Vegas who enjoys a very high musical profile from Stevie Wonder to numerous platinum record productions. This person " lost my money " over 6 moths ago and has now decided that I do not even exist. I have had angry moments, but in these cases, unfortunately, if one does something about it like taking justice into or own hands, we stand to be the ones convicted and suffering even more. I applaud your restraint, and I feel for your loss of time and money. It is not just in any sense of the word, but sometimes all we can do is lick our wounds and learn the hard lesson. Somehow, in the long run, justice will be done and the righteous will prevail. Be well, man..

Maybe we should raffle off the bass to help the guy out. If 100 people commit to a $50 ticket, that would be 5 grand, and no money would need to be collected until the 100 committments were there. He'd get recompensed, and somebody would get a sweet deal.

+100000000!
That's the greatest idea ever! Let's do it!

If you guys are even a little bit serious about some sort of lottery, you'll probably want to speak with Paul about it. There are legalities surrounding the establishment of a lottery/raffle, and it would likely need some kind of legal blessing before it can be done .....

It is a very cool idea, though .......

Could it possibly be run through "the lowend" shop then?

Tribal3140: I think you're doing the best thing trying to sell the bass as new.
The worst damage KB has done to you IMHO is he probably destroyed your trust in other peoples/builders or at least lowered it.
Guys like this one should really be left alone. Anyway since you already lost years in this deal I think you should simply sell the bass, take the money and trying to not get upset about it. My 2cents. Good luck!
