The Best Bands, Their Worst Moments

bommer- Ooops... my mistake... mixing up my albums. I meant "In Through The Out Door".

AAAHH..
Snap..fool in the rain was like my favotie song when I was like 9 or 10.
aw maan.."in the evening?"...I'm gonna crawl.?

Well, I went through a phase where I was a Zeppelin fanatic when I was about 16-17..so I listened to everything.
Its hard foe me to NOT like any of their stuff for one reason or another.

I could live without ever hearing Stairway again though.

.

Ouch.

IMO Sammy joining the band was the lowest.:hiding:

On another note..how bout Chinese Democracy..I'd say thats sort of a low?

Definitly. By the time they finished that album, China was a democracy. And all that wait for Axl not even to sing in his legendary rock voice, and to still have the audacity to call his little project Guns and Roses. Guns and Roses died when Duff and Slash left the band. All it is now is the Axl Rose Experience. I can't stand any thing by them past Welcome to the Jungle.

Everybody has a favorite band. Everybody knows that there is a time when that band hits a rough period. For me, it's Rush, hands down. I am a die-hard Rush fan. However, I have to admit that they, like all bands, had songs that sucked. For me:

I Think I'm Going Bald-Caress of Steel
I think that one speaks for itself, just in the title....:scowl:

Test for Echo-Test for Echo
Great music, and most of the lyrics are good, but the "hood boys" and the "gangster nation" parts just send shivers down my spine, and I sadly shake my head. Probably the most corny words that Niel Peart has ever written....:rollno:

So share your favorite bands in their worst light. I think we can all be honest and laugh with eachother on these.
after beggars banquet, exile on main st,sticky fingers, and let it bleed, i bought goats head soup.....played it once, and gave it to a bud who promised to never play it in my presence

Hey, if Dave felt like he needed better influences or friends/bandmates, and if Christ is making him happy, more power to him I'd say. And yeah, Metallica kind of sucked after Cliff died.....he was a great metal bassist. I hate metal, but his basslines actually made me listen to a bit of it.
