The Combo Club

Just what is an appropriate self-selected number that's not too arrogant, nor to humble? At least when you are assigned the next sequential number, like in most clubs, you don't have to agonize over what it says about you, if it makes the right impression, without hubris or affectation.
Or do what the Fender Precision Club does: the number of your first post becomes your number.

Rumble rocked it.

I'd thought about buying a "Beatle Bass" but I have enuff trouble playing right handed. Can't see making the switch at this late date.:smug:

Jump on in, GP, the water’s fine.

Just got back from Yesterday. The story was meh, but the music was fantastic. And as I explained to my daughter, it was all written in performed in like seven years, give or take a week.

Amazing.

My fave song of many, In My Life, was included. Very well done to, IMHO. Back in the USSR rocked as well.

Maybe I'll have to check that out.

Just sold off my amps and bought a Fender Rumble 100. It's all I need for now and sounds great. I bought a cheap footstool to get it off the ground.

Solid choice, bordinco90! Now let me know if you’d like to compliment your wise purchase with a membership number in our club. Just say the word and I will do your bidding.

Rumble that 100 for a bit and let that speaker stretch out. Then prepare for Fender nirvana!

By the power vested in me by the Southwestern Nevada Cheesemakers Association, I hereby introduce bordinco90 as our 141st member in good standing. May your combos always plug into clean power. Congratulations, my friend!

Being we're in the middle of a holiday celebration and new members have been added of late, I thought it'd be a good time to run the current roster of this here incredible club. Check out our latest additions or wander down Memory Lane looking up some old acquaintances. I'm challenging all members to find us at least nine more bass-playing comboites (yes, 'dog, that's a word I just added to our official club diktionary) so that we may reach 150. Solid number, I should say. Let's do it! :hyper:
