I wanted a 15" and I wanted it light and(comparatively)cheap. Thus the Rumble. It does all I need it to do. The R100(12")does also @ 22#-14# less.

Unfortunately, I feel this will be the norm on deliveries for a while - especially for "non essential" items. But hey, who are they to tell us our bass gear isn't essential!Blasphemy!
I recently ordered a new Fender Mustang Bass - it arrived at my UPS distribution center that delivers to my area last Thursday evening. For some reason, they sent it another center and it sat there for 3 days - all the time saying "in transit" they finally delivered it yesterday.

B, that is one heckuva beautiful bass! I’d give my left note to score that. Fender tone, short scale, great-looking wood...what’s not to love? Think of me when you play it next and I’ll continue feeling sorry for myself that Scottsdale doesn’t think I’m worthy of a lefty version.
Hey, Mike. If you were closer, I would offer to lend you my Rumble-15 cab to connect to your Stage so you could experience the joy of a true Rumbling experience. My wife will not allow me to play through the R200, let alone the R200 with the R-15 Cab. I don't see a problem as I have hearing aids that can be turned down. She has a problem with potential hearing loss and the police coming to visit...go figure

My Chiropractor refuses to recommend therapy but moves those joints around (which feels like grinding) to get out all the junk. Then they feel smooth. My big toe in particular was a candidate for fusing. I ran out found this chiropractor and can now bend it and hit on it. Before I wore Crocs in the snow because I couldn't stand the touch of any other shoe and the cold felt great. My chiropractor works with many sports players and musicians, high school to pro.
So find another or have that one work your thumb. It can feel like you were just born. Stop texting with those thumbs drawn back! That's one serious culprit.

Fantastic comment, SR! You need to wait until she’s out and then become the mad scientist and let that baby fly! Anyone with two 15s must hook up the pair of fave jail time (CA law, I looked it up).
With the Stage 800 Ampeg cab I have a ready-410 combination pumping 400 watts into each pair. I tried it after moving last summer and it scared me so much I haven’t tried it again!

I have an SWR BBII I bought new in 1993.
I have an AER Basic Performer that was lost on the sales floor and never purchased so I got it right above cost.
It is so clean that I use a Monique as it's front end.
Two combos that got, pre Corona, a lot of gigging time.
Especially the BBII.

Back in the day (late '60's), my Dynaco 60 W tube amp and 2 - JBL D140F's would handle almost anything except a stadium. But, I have to admit I did not have a house with garage door to prove it

Really good sound by the entire band, though I was partial to the weaving bass line. This will sound crazy I’m sure, but if you add keyboard and I close my eyes, I’d think it was The Doors doing a Burden song. Anyone out there here it?

Jim, you must be having a good day because that was a hoot! The funniest thing is your wife and mine must’ve twins at birth because her comment to me a couple of weeks ago, when I was already beginning to feel gemmed in was, “This is my life each day; welcome to my world.”
She’s an artist who works from home and literally hasn’t changed a beat this whole time. What’s been great is she’s totally accepted my outgoing tendencies now on hold and had made it work. this retirement thing may work after all.
That's the spirit...and besides, what choice do you/we have? You may or may not answer that now or later...

I ran into the former bass player for our Jug Band today while (masked and gloved up) at Costco in Queretaro. He was at the going away party we played for our Guitarist that moved back North of the Border. He said that set was the best he ever heard the band play, even when he was in it. That was really nice and shows bassists are, in general, a humble and honest lot.
