I found other owners saying that it's not 1000RMS. Peak power is a way of lying without breaking the law. If they claimed 1000RMS, that would be breaking the law. GK make an 800w combo, but that could be another one that needs outboard speakers for the full 800.

Intentionally trying to mislead customers is scummy. Being so inept you don't realize that's what you're doing isn't scummy, but it's a clear sign you are in the wrong business. In that case, someone around you must know, and if they aren't trying to educate you, that's scummy.

That's 84 pounds / 38.5 kg but look at the back

I’ll give you that PJB looks to have built that cab as efficiently as they could and though of transportation as an issue some might have. I wouldn’t be keen on a dead life but getting in/out in the fashion of fridge owners do would make it fairly simple.

There's no way I would attempt to dead lift that rig. With the right gigmobile it'd be cake (until stairs that go through the kitchen &c &c). It's a lot of firepower there. And I can set my watch in the time it takes to for someone to step forward to assert it's not enough for their needs. I truly don't know what one or another player actually needs on stage. What I know is my winky little 350 W (RMS) combo covers a lot of gig territory where I am. When there is a live music scene, which there isn't right this moment.

Good point, Mike. Probably on a scope at a 1 Hz, 8 ohm load. Basically they to. The amp so it shows up looking good on paper, but are clueless at how it’ll perform in a real-world situation with varying impedances throughout the bandwidth, etc. makers who pride themselves in real.

Makers who do it the right way are more than happy to lay out their specs. Compare those to newer Vox and Peavey amps if you wanna be shocked (figuratively, not literally).

The view of the back panel shows a Line Out but no Speaker Out. WYSIWYG. PJB doesn't make an extension cab for this beast
