When my kid graduates I'm gonna be your neighbor. I despise cold.Lived all my life in S. FL. Ain't gonna happen.![]()
I'm putting 500 down it'll be the blues group with the fretless because after a while the guitar player's volume will annoy you

Looks like I'll be juggling both the blues thing and my usual rubbed-in-the-dirt classic rock thing. One for show, one for dough!

respect if he can do the "ollie 360 faceplant" while tuning it.I've got it. A skateboard! Mount the harp to a skateboard and ride the thing to the gig.View attachment 4363063

That’s not far off. When I was staying in hospital once a harpist was coming around playing for patients. They have custom “skates” for the harp that sort of attach to it and allow them to wheel it around.I've got it. A skateboard! And to think I thought angels used their wings to transport their harps around. I've learned a lot since my silly joke!
I will. Great tune. And I'm sure he did play a Real Bass in the studio. Why not.LJB, if I had watched Stevie in the studio you'd have heard about it by now! I just remember seeing pics of him playing a Fender bass and figured it was him when they needed it. Keyboard bass is more likely, I suppose, when they played the songs live. Listen to the studio version of Freedom rider some time and tell me what you hear.
Then there were storks...talking about silly jokes!
Storks didn't play the harp, did they? I figured they'd be too busy dropping off babies to get in any jam time!

True, they were so busy and the babies were screaming so loud, they couldn't hear the harp anyway so, they did their job and got hearing aids later...trust me, I know what I am talking about,![]()
I trust you, SR! It has to be true because how could anyone make up a story like that?![]()
There are lotsa them on the interweb.I know what you mean. These days it's tough to find true stories.

Well...there's always "reality" TV.Yep, there are those that are true, then there are those that are really true. Makes it hard, donut?...
