The Combo Club

tommy, our benevolent Fearless Leader requires your explicit agreement to being inducted into the Combo Club and all rights and privileges thereof. He is SO polite.

In case you're wondering what those rights and privileges may be, just take a browse through our Combo Club Wiki page to see the Clubhouse and all the fun and adventures there. ;)

It should also be pointed out that membership is non revocable! I no longer own a combo and yet stick around. However since I blew my last amp by running it under-loaded, I have now installed a twist and lock cable between the head and cab, thereby making it a combo in all practicality. Perhaps some velcro on the bottom to keep it in place?

Works for Genzler/Genz Benz:

This should be interesting ;).
The problem resulted from mistakenly removing the output cable and plugging into a different device. I.E. I thought the cab was connected and it wasn't. The twist and lock cable will prevent me from making a similar mistake, but if there is a way to wire something incorrectly I will probably manage to do it.

A very classy confessional there, WBB! I was happy to read that you find fellowship among your fellow bass enthusiasts. Continue on with non-revocable membership and enjoy.

Jag har aldrig nämnt det. Jag bor några klick längre söderut. Men Jacob.T är en renodlad scandinista.:p
you know every good SyFy aficionado understands that most alien invasions either begin or end somewhere in or around some remote part of Scandinavia!!! Be careful my bass playing brother! (And gives us all a heads up when the …. hits the fan ok!?)
