I heard that the best bands were Zoroaster, High on Fire, and Harvey Milk.

Holy War: What basses do you guys think get the best doom tones?
I Use a jazz bass through a Orange amp and it sounds great. Ricks sound amazing in Doom too. Precision basses are good to, I'm dying to get one. Also would any of you know how to get a tone like this , would that be just a touch of distortion?

Yeah, I really hope High on Fire swing's through Denver or the springs this year. I'm kinda bummed that Mastodon is coming to Colorado, but only to boulder.![]()
