My '79 Kramer DMZ4000 FL.
And she's all fixed now! When I posted in the last thread I was having issues with the sound cutting out. Turns out the pots that I just had replaced were just loose and it was causing the wiring to move lose connection. So the guy that did the work in the first place tightened everything up checked the solder joints and she's good as new!

Here's the latest incarnation of my Fender ImPrecision...now with a P/J configuration in black and maple...
It's to avoid double bookings. Every once in a while, someone asks for a number, forgetting that they got one in the past. So I don't give out numbers until I cross reference the member list.
Also, I suppose when someone posts a new picture after receiving a number, you don't hand them another one. Nice work... This thread has become my favourite on TB.

Not in the least. I had it epoxy coated by an awesome local luthier and graduate of the Roberto Venn School, Brian Lewis. Here's how he did it...

Just putting a general inquiry out there of how many of you fretless guys play in larger bands...or play as a solo gig...I truly enjoy playing fretless yet dont play in live band situations...as I need to practice more...intonation is off!!... Also, I have walked into a few gigs and everybody looks at you when you pull out a fretless!..this is just not my experience either...
