Not to derail, but I'd wait to send that card in. If it's past the 10 days they won't care that you sent it in at all, I'd personally hang onto it until the need arises to contact them in a warranty situation.

I LOVE my 810. I never thought I'd get one, but I just so happened to get one for $0. Since it's in my basement it's a giant pain to move, but DAMN does it sound good. I'll never get rid of it.
I own many different rigs, but whenever I want to go old school rock, r&B, etc., this comes out to play. 
I love mine.....killer punch!

SVT 212 sounds like an 8x10? I'd like some of whatever you are smoking.
Haven't heard the other 2, but I've never heard a 6x10 that really sounds like an 8x10. Not saying they sound bad, or even worse, but not the same. YMMV

Go explore any of the numerous threads on the 212AV. Lots of people seem to think they're a pretty good substitute. I'll admit I've never used any of the three cabs I linked above, but based on what one reads around TB, I'd start with an NV610 or a pair of 212AVs. I'm sure the Barefaced is great too, but there's no way I could ever afford it.
At the end of the day, they're all different cabs, so obviously they're not going to sound exactly the same. But if you want something with similar feel and lighter weight, that's the best I can do.
Or if you're handy you could build yourself a 610 out of 1/2" plywood and Eminence B810 speakers and probably get yourself sounding pretty close at a fraction of the weight.
Isn't your gigging rig (2) or (3) GK 112s?
I get the no horn complaint, but years of gigging and touring both 12's and an 810 and I can't relate to the low bass response comment.
If you were gigging 6 ported 12's I could understand your complaint, but if you're getting more low end response from your 2 GKs than a proper 810 something sure seems off...
I sold my last 810 two years ago- too damn heavy and bulky for my needs now, but always worked in the low end for me even in a loud slamming reggae/dub band. YMMV.
My fridge sounds awesome. I get plenty of rumbling and shaking of everything when I play so the sealed cab doesn't bother me. I play jazzes and rickenbackers through and SVT-4 pro and a sansamp RBI so there's plenty of midrange and highs to be dialed since there's no tweeter or horn. All in all its a very versatile and great sounding cab. Even though it has wheels, it's Not exactly portable... But the sound makes it well worth lugging around at a couple hundred pounds.

I think two 212AVs sound surprisingly similar to the 810. The Berg NV line definitely captures that big sealed cab vibe, but they are more transparent, which some people prefer. I like that signature Ampeg warmth, personally. And I don't find the 610 all that much easier to move than an 810...
I used to be able to get a 610HLF into the back seat of my Pontiac Sunfire without help... wouldn't be able to say the same about an 810.
