FYI. Alder + rosewood + Aguilar can be dangerous. That's A LOT going on in the 800-1.2khz range that may be overwhelming. Just a thought. Otherwise, CAR =. And, I'd totallyrecommend playing a 35" bass before dismissing it.

Jerry... Er..a.. Vroomvroom will definitely recommend the Bart pre, and I would tend to agree.

On a different note, does anyone happen to know which type of rosewood Mike uses on his standard rosewood boards? If I'm not mistaken, I believe I was told by someone that Brazilian Rosewood is an upcharge.
