The Mike Lull Club Part 4

Gary I doubt your Lull will last too long at that price! thats a lot of lull for $1900!! I wish I had it I hate 5s but would have to buy it at that price!

I have been playing nothing but the TC4 lately! I dont think I can sell that now! even if I am just about out of money and going to have to find a job soon! I would be way too mad at myself if I let that go just to eat!
I have a EA doubler amp coming today....I cant wait to hear it with that! will be a big difference from my SVT2!!

Ok, I love the tone of this bass. Anyone care to make an educated guess as to what the specs are for pickups/preamp?
Hi Fred
I have no idea but its a good chance that its the stock SD pickups with a Bart Pre. (since the majority of Mikes basses have that config) I would ping the chat in the video and if He does not know then ask for his serial # on the back of the head stock. From there email Paul over a Mike Lull. They keep track of all the instruments and have a DB full with all the info. Cheers

I have to say folks...Those who really like the big sound don't be scared of trying a Big Single in your next Lull.
My JT5-24 is very full sounding yet retains that single-ish cut.

Great sound, but I have no idea what is on that bass.

I believe Lindy Fralin pickups and Bart pre-amps are standard on 4 string Lull's.
Aghh...Yes...Its Fralins that are stock on the 4s and SDs on the 5s. (I never looked into the 4s) I was mistaken on my above post.

Man I cant wait for my green matching headstock to be finished!!! that video just made me jones even more!!! thats like the exact color I am getting but a tort guard! I got it passive with a fralin P pup....I kinda wish I got it active now!

Yeah Gary your Lull to order was like a $4500 bass! I am sure it will be on ebay for more! lol I knew it was going to be gone in a day! I told Tuna to jump on it quick!

Hey freddles I know you have had a lot of basses....but once you go Lull theres no coming back! I sold all my basses for 3 Lulls! Then you can join the Masslull association!

Even though I got alder with rosewood to be different.....my ash/maple is a special bass! I think that might be the magic lull combo of woods!
