That happened to me, I emailed Adrian and he said to give a little more time, my bass showed up a few days later.Anyone have experience with shipping from Germany to US? My Cazpar has been sitting in Köln for 3 days due to 'operational delays.'

What do you prefer, frog with head or frog without head? Is there big difference between two models?
With great difficulty. You have to loosen the string, loosen the hex to move the saddle, bring it back in tune and hopefully not have to repeat the process over and over. Then don't forget you have to lock the saddle in place but being careful that it doesn't shift when tightening the hex.View attachment 4634359 View attachment 4634361
How do you adjust the intonation on this bridge?
Thanks!

I had a feeling lol
So is there a drop in replacement for the 5 string 17mm bridge?
I have had success with the Hipshot A-Style Bridge - 17MM.....There is only 3 screws instead of 5 with the ABM Style bridge, but the screws are a little heftier.
The footprint is the same though?
Thanks for the tips

Pickup this up in the classifieds. Really great sound and plays great. Just find the bridge a bit annoying.
Was also surprised that the truss turns reversed but I figured it out. I'm impressed with the fret work and construction overall

+1 on the Hipshot A, I had one on my Skjold and it was really nice for adjustments and intonation. Also offers the ability to adjust string spacing narrow or wider which is super nice.I second the Hipshot A style bridge (Fender Mount) non string through. It will fit nicely and they are Great bridges![]()
Interesting observation on the truss rod. I fought my Elwood trying to set it up between adjustments not working on the neck to then having to re intonate it afterwards again and again. I eventually got it all right but now I'm wondering if my truss rod is backwards too. Also wonder if the hipshot A bridge would bit the monorails 17mm for 5 string.View attachment 4634491

Honestly looked at the build card in it and nothing else. Just checked, and the info is in there and yes it's backwards. Wow I feel dumb and wish I read that back when I got it. Admittedly I don't play the bass much now. I'm really a 4 string player through and through and was hoping a medium scale 5 string would bring me back but it hasn't. Been on the fence for a bit posting it in the classifieds. You will find that information (and more) in the little book that comes with the bass.
