Fantastic video and nice update to the original video showing a bigger shop and some nice tech upgrades… although also nice to see it's still 90% expert luthier skill bringing these instruments to life.
My 2 favorite scenes are
1) the famous couch photo behind the scenes shot…

2) the filling out of the certificate with feline assistance (paws entering from the left)

That's cool… Are the couch pictures and the certificate done in Poland or at his place in Aldenhoven? There you can see, that Public Peace is a Family Business. The Ladies who are takling the couch shot, or fill out the certificate, are Adrians Daughters. Visiting Adrian is always nice. BTW...it's been a while. I have to visit them again.
They are made in Aldenhoven/Germany, at Adrians "Public Peace"That's cool… Are the couch pictures and the certificate done in Poland or at his place in Aldenhoven?
Nice bass @TK4261! Sounds awesome.
Damn, how have we not crossed paths in Greenpoint? I was born there and lived for 37 years, I left 10 years ago (though I was in Greenpoint 2 weeks ago).Yes, in Greenpoint for the last 20 years but born and raised on Long Island, in Huntington
Adrian has been a friend for a few years now and we've done some recording together. Only made sense to help each other out and become a distributor for Maruszczyk basses. If you're looking for something, let me know, I have them shipped to me here in my studio in Greenpoint. Cheers
Just because there is no way those posters exist in an American manufacturing facility, let alone slip into a major promotional video.
In Eastern Europe, those "lawsuits waiting to happen" are basically "if you hurt yourself whilst coming in contact with this, you're a dumbass and you most likely got what you deserve".It's a different mentality. I lived in Russia for a year. People there learn at a very early age to look out for themselves, whether it's a hole in the sidewalk or a guard rail with a piece of metal sticking out of it or a manhole with a stick sticking out of it instead of having a manhole cover. In America, we refer to such things as a lawsuit waiting to happen. There, there's nobody to sue, so just be careful.

Looks like a good idea--that seat belt should be very strong and could cut 1/10 lb. It's in the back so you still have all leather on the shoulder.Anyone tried one of these straps with the nylon end?
Looks like it'd be a great mix of plushness and comfort, as well as adjustability.

This may be my first Frog but it won't be my last.
Special "thank you" to David Sutkin for the incredible deal on this killer bass and for getting me hooked on Frogs! You are so right about how great they are.
Is that an eye-poplar top? I love the way it transitions, it looks like an ocean reef.View attachment 4654785 View attachment 4654787 View attachment 4654792 Just received my first Frog.
