For those interested, the answer is two-fold:

1. Public Peace - Guitar/Bass (public-peace.de) - There are a variety of parts and accessories available for sale here.

2. For pickguards specifically, I heard back from Adrian (thanks @Shibata !). "Yes (they are available), but we must make them extra because we have so many different specs that we have nothing in stock. I need a picture and must know the pickups, frets, spacing on the bridge, scale."

I have a passive Paddock with a Haeussel P. It sounds meaty with some edge. I'm not too versed in P pickups, but I really like the sound of it.

Yes, I did the Maru Tonestyler 3 band with a passive tone. 6 knobs and 3 switches. Mission Control
I fly often and having a passive plus active circuit gives me plenty of options when I’m playing through different bass rigs from day to day. I just travel with a Neve RNDI DI and I’m covered.

6 knobs? Does your passive tone control have a separate knob? I have that preamp in my Frog, and the active high control doubles as a passive tone control, and I have 5 knobs, so I'm guessing yours has the passive tone as a separate control? Or is there something else going on with your bass?

Nothing wrong with it IMO. I love my Elwood and Jake, but recently I bought a Yamaha BB734A as a backup and a Yamaha TRBX 605.

Have you seen the one is the classifieds?
New build that keeps dropping in price, has a nice top… May save you some $ if it’s the headless you’re looking for.

If you move forward with that, you might want to consider a couple of mods I included in my bass -- a stainless steel zero fret, and extra finger room at the lower bout. There was a discussion here almost two years ago about people experiencing wear on the zero fret, and since I was in the process of ordering mine at the time, I asked for a stainless steel zero fret. They included it for no additional cost.

I also wanted extra finger room on the lower bout. I tried describing what I wanted to my dealer, who passed the request on to Adrian. Adrian responded with, "Like we make on the Joker?" I told them that would be perfect, and they included that feature also for no extra charge. It gives my bass a bit of a can opener look, which I think is unique, and you may not like what it does to the lines of the bass, so ymmv. But I really like having it. You can see here the difference between what a Frog looks like normally and how mine turned out.

Thanks a lot for the advice about the stainless steel zero fret, I wrote a note just in case. :)

I prefer the classic lower bout, but I understand why you asked for that mod. By the way your Frog looks so cool, I like it!

It will probably take some time, but I’ll try to do my best. We’ll see!

I'm not at a point where I would buy one, but I occasionally go on the web site and configure a bass just to have something to drool over while I'm waiting for the right time. Those pictures look a lot like the kinds of configurations I've put together recently. You have great taste!

Agreed. Did they charge you any extra for that?

The stainless steel zero fret could still be an option for people who prefer standard nickel frets.
