My main influence in going for the Joker was primarily the look of it but also, I liked the sounds that Adrian got out of the Joker on this demo...

I absolutely love adrians demos. Or the demos on the public peace channel in general. Maybe that's silly to say since they're basically advertisements, but he really gets across his passion and he obviously makes those basses sound amazing. If I'm ever around that area I should visit their show room.
Give me a couple of hours and I'll post some measurements of the body if that helps.....

From the bottom of the neck to the bottom strap holder....12 inches....
At widest point side to side....14 inches....
From tip of horn to bottom strap holder 19 inches....
All measurements approx but near as dammit!

I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on something like this - a Elwood with P/J pickups. I would put a black pickguard on it and change the hardware to a Hipshot B-style bridge and Ultralite tuners however. And get rid of the Delano pickups.
Had another Elwood with J/J pickups a couple of years ago, which I sold because I started playing in another band that needed a P-bass sound. Loved the bass but hated the bridge, the saddles kept falling out because the locking screws became worn out.
Despite that I'm having a hard time finding something with better quality at this price point, especially with this level of custom options.

thanks for the measurements.....as I thought, it's much wider than all my other basses by at least 2 inches......It might be very similar to a PRS guitar (which I have)....I'll check your measurements against the PRS later tonight......
it's body is bigger than any of my short scales......short scales are normally built with the body being smaller than long scale basses. The Joker is more or a hollow body bass type though it is smaller than a Gibson Hollow body Short Scale bass, or others like them, Jack Cassady short scale bass, etc.
That Joker is everything I'd ever want in a short scale bass!!
Who are US dealers and what's an aprox price tag of the Joker? Somewhat curious, but not super serious at the moment.
Out of curiosity, can it fit in a guitar bag? My Rob Allen Mouse 30 and my headless bass can fit in guitar bags.
Wouldn't know....Never tried to fit it in a guitar bag because a) I don't own a guitar or a bag to put it in and b) As I said, it comes with a nice gig bag so why try to put it in a different one
