:hyper: NEW CABS ON JORG'S SITE! :hyper:

http://www.schroedercabinets.com/1515L.htm
A 2x15 that weighs 40lbs

Jorg sure knows how to depress me. He is improving his cabinets at way too fast a rate. I got a 1212L a few months ago, but if the 1515L (or probably 1215L) were available I would have went that way instead. Compared to the the 1212L, the 1515L is lighter(?!), goes deeper, and is cheaper(?!). Bummer dude!!!!

The 1515L is lighter than the 1212L? I don't think that is right. :)

This is great- all I have to do is imagine a cabinet and voila, she is real.
Maybe we can all go in together and get a quantity discount on a batch of 1215's?

We really are a bunch of knuckleheads... Jorg writes in his site mission statement about how his goal was to produce single, compact cabinets that would do the work of a stack -- single-trip from car-to-stage solutions -- yet here we go building stacks out of Jorg's stack-eliminating designs.

I love us -- we're nutz. And bigger is definately....bigger. :p

Gigged the 1212L (4 Ohm) over 15+L (8 Ohm) outdoors along the St Lawrence this week, with my WT550 on top. One word:seismic. Even though it was outside it was thick and well-defined. I was thinking of changing the 1212 drivers to make it 8 Ohms to improve my modularity/flexibility, but no way. This is definitely the big rig for me. If I need (=want) 2 8 Ohm cabs, I'll have to buy a 3rd. Sigh.

Here's my 1212L, but with the new 1215L now available , I couldn't resist - just made my order last week for an 8 ohm 1215L.:hyper: As soon as the 1215L arrives, the 1212L is getting converted to 8 ohms . . . can't wait to stack it ontop of the 1215L:bassist:

Sorry 'bout that! You're #59

Nice rig btw!

Thanks -- that's how how I have to heap 'em: the component rig atop the combo -- gotta conserve space in NY!! I've also got a 1-15" Schro coming -- think I'll have to start sleeping in the hallway.

btw: I was thinking about holding out for #69... but who knows when that'll happen? The number coming up, I mean ;)
