Bassist - Yeah. My drummer hits hard. It was probably just the room and our stage build that night (it was quite different from the norm). Near the end of the night I bumped the bass up one click (from flat) and that seemed to help. I didn't use to have to run the bass that hot but maybe the schros characteristics dictate that.

Hello all,
I finally took my new 410L 4ohm (version III) to the Tuesday BluesJam. This event is hosted by a different group each week and I've seen everything from a GK MB150 to an SVT behind the bassist! A bit under-equiped to WAY overkill for the room!!! I will usually put my 1210R 4ohm under my MarkBass SD800 and let my Smith 5str support the host and guests. This has been plenty of gear in the past but I just wanted to hear the new cab there and see if what Jorg told me about the tone and power was correct. He gave good advice!!! The 410L is far more powerful and really fils out the lows without being too thick and undefined. I ran the MB flat with a hint of VLE (7:30/8 o'clock) with very good results. There are usually two or three guest basists at the Jam but only one showed up Tuesday. Duncan brought his new Matt Pulcinella 5 and was really impressed with the tone and heft coming out of that little cab!!
Our group will be back there to host later this month and then, for a full night of rockin' good fun on Dec. 5 and the 410L will be behind me, stage right, both nights!!!!

That is one awesome looking cab. Wish I could fit something that big in my car.
Thanks! I have an SUV to transport it, but it probably would be tough to get in most car trunks. It should be a breeze to fit in the backseat of most cars, though.
I have a two door toyota with a child seat in the back, so the cab has to go in the front seat.

Just played my first gig with my 1212L and all I can say is that the volume was at 8:30 on my LMII and not running through the PA. Everyone I talked to said it sounded great and could be heard in the back of the room. Instrumentation was drummer, x2 guitarists, viola, cello. Loud rock band music. Cheers to Jorg!
Having so much fun with my 1515+L that I forgot to join this club. Played the Schroeder as a standalone Friday in the Atrium of the Bradley Center in Milwaukee before the Bucks game. Volume never went over 12:00, EQ'd the lows up slightly (1:00 from flat at 12). This cabinet sounded better than anything I've ever played (in 40 years - youch!). Warm, but defined. No problem with mid bumps or dips. I guess the way I'd describe it is like the way you always wanted a 215 to sound, but could never get it to sound. As for my other cabs, they'll be taking a break for a while.

Thanks. Actually, the ELF sub is best for very large rooms (seems like the Schroeder 1515+L will take care of the rest) and any time I need to thunder past a KB player who dares intrude on the low end. 
It puts out an incredible amount of sound for its size - and its weight (51lb). I actually one-handed the cab here and there during set-up and take down at Friday's gig. I can't remember doing that with a bass cab since I gave up on 210s.

Has anyone had the opportunity to try the newly redesigned "front firing" 21012L?
It has seriously peaked my interest in my quest for smaller, lighter, louder.
