That would make sense to me, since the vertical orientation of the BMF1215 makes it a bigger box.

You li'l demon-I was thinking of picking that up. My gear carousel has me in a Schroederless position and I really miss my 15+. I referred to my LM2/15+L as my tactical nuke setup. I will likely get another one of those amazing boxes before too long. It'll amaze you. Enjoy!

My setup as well for small to even medium size gigs.In fact I like it so much I thinking of adding a second 115L for larger gigs.But the 1212BMF is working great for the bigger gigs.As Mike said,its taking pretty much everything I throw at it.

I'm certain that was a 'cut and paste' error from the other line of cabs.

This is a good example how a 1212R sounds and how well it cuts thru a mix.

So-so sound - a few glitches and distorts. Recored on a minidisc player, mics about 5 ft. in front of my amp. Vocals are from stage monitors so the fem. vox are a bit low as she's across the stage and the trumpet is just being heard acoustically hence the odd mix. Good enough for rock'n'roll.

Rig is the B1500 through Schroeder 1212. Amp set flat except for the "Sub Bass" 30 Hz boosted not quite +1, with drive up at half for a thickish tone and volume on nearly "3" & the cab holds it together well. Lakland DJ5 passive bass with ss rounds, tone knob at about 2/3 except for the reggae stuff at the end it's rolled back almost all the way.

I dug the sound a lot. Nice lows that weren't getting away from me and the highs still audible, everything round & punching through overall. Works for me.

Just ordered my first Schro from Jorg. A mini 12+L with extra 2 inches in height for more warmth. No more than 25lbs which is perfect for me.

Well, I was worried the 15 would be too heavy for me down the road. And I like 12's over 10's or 15's. I don't really have a good answer for that. I suppose if I had the 15 in front of me and would have tried it, I probably would have kept it. But I tried a 12 and I liked it so there you go......lol
