You're welcome When I got the Steve Bailey it was only available in Black or Sunburst. Had to go with the Sunburst. They look great new and they also look great beat to S***t.

Yes plus it's tuned B E A D G C like a regular 6 string bass not E A D G B E like the original Fender Bass VI.

I just wanted to add that the Steve Bailey Bass is essentially an Active, 24 Fret, 6 String Jazz Bass. Before it came out I always said that if Fender made a 6 string 24 fret Jazz I'd buy one. From what I gathered from the guy at the shop I got one of if not the last one made.

(practically NOS-VGC) early 2000's De Armond Jet Star (34" scale) w/freshly added EMG GZR P pu. The old brand (De Armond) once a Guild branch, was discontinued by Fender, (who owned the brand at that point) around the time this bass was produced. So you could say it is a P-bass brother to a Squier. (from the same mother!)
