My Epiphone T-Bird Pro IV - the previous owner has fairly abused it so I made I decided to completely re-do it and give it a very old and characteristic look. Rusted bridge and knobbies - the whole lot!

@Whitenoise17 do you mean the non reverse thunderbird? Well I'm in the process of making upgrades on it... new pickups, trying to add a Preamp in there, new pots.... or what did you mean???

Well, it had only 3 strings, so I was wondering if there was a reason why one was missing.

This is really neat, I love the look of black with wood and the attention to detail is amazing, right down to the black strings. Wish I had the skills!!

Good Folks of the TB

OK, so a quick backstory here. I will soon have 5 prototype basses of my own design, which are getting some final touches put on them in LA. Then they need to have the electronics wired and will need to have finish applied. In that spirit a friend volunteered to come over and take some new "glamour shots" of the collection, kind of as a last hoo-rah. Beautiful work! Is that a completely flat fretboard? If so, is there a reason for it, a lot of tapping-type stuff, maybe?

Here's the only two I own for the now, a 2012 Ernie Ball Music Man Sterling HS and a 1988 Fender Jazz Bass Special that I defretted and will soon be re-bodying with a Warmoth swamp ash Jazz body.

Yes, completely flat. Not for tapping, I prefer a flat board, especially for wider necks, for me this just plays more comfortable, added bonus is that while building I don't have to radius the board.
