When I have an old bass I bought another one to play well....than another one that was lighter....and I said to me that's enought. Than I Addeed a Headless and a Fretless and .....a bargain and than....I'm at six and I say to me seven is enought...until the next one

You have MBS! Multiple Bass Syndrome! LOL!
I on the other hand only have a P-Bass, J-Bass, P/J Bass, 5 String J-Bass and vintage '67 EB-O. If I get near your 6 then I will start to worry!

Reactions: the harp unstrung
I’ve been having some fun with my buddies cabin/lake bass. I brought it home to clean it up a bit and I’ve never been a huge fan of his strap as I often use it out there.

with that, I boiled the OG strings as I feel they have a bit of “character” for this unit. Gave it a simple wipe down and Oiled the FB.

I didn’t want to modify it from its “natural” state too much. Left all the rust on for Authenticity. Lol.

I felt my shoulder was gonna be looking for some relief next summer though so I did make a strap for it but it felt important to keep the original “strap” as part of it. Lol. Here is the bass and strap now

Yea... I keep .y bags and cases in closets or the garage. Unless they're being used or just got used in the past day or so or course.
I have a tendency to keep a few kicking around and they seem to occupy furniture I like to keep the dogs off of..... like all of it.
I think thats my wife’s least favourite part of me being a bassist

I'm lucky mine tolerates me randomly hanging them mm on walls throughout the house lol. Only time she said something was when I rearranged her pictures to mount one. Oops...
