Volume + Tone + 3 on/off switches for the pickups?
Exactly that, I was a little confused myself at first. It was offered in trade for some gear and it was too cool to pass up. It's the Robert Smith Ultracure bass vi. I think the hellcat is pretty much the same thing. I've only spent but 10 minutes with it but I'm freaking stoked. I've tried guitar before but just don't vibe. I have been wanting to have something I could strum some rhythms on and this is perfect.

so is it a Bass VI a la Fender or is it a baritone guitar??? are the pups each noiseless?
