THAT IS THE ONE!!!
I found several out there new in stores as we speak...actually saw one place had one for like $2,199.00

The grains vary so much on those....truly amazing bass wood! WOW

And yet ANOTHER killer Streamer...yowza...beautiful bass! :bassist:

Thank you, I will be trying to take some more pictures of it in future to really capture the golden hue the bass has. The two main photographs I have of it were taken by the previous owner and are fairly 'washed out' compared to how it looks in real life. The macro photograph I have of the bridge is closer to capturing the real colour of the wood.

It is a beauty though, ebony fingerboard too.

The pictures don't do it justice. Cheap camera. A nice camera would show the beautiful wood grain that can be seen through the finish. For anyone wondering if the painting affected the tone the answer is, not in my opinion. The bass sounded great before and it sounds great now. Reassembly and the worlds best set up work was done by Phil and Jay of Philtone guitars in Baltimore MD.

THIS is spectacular!!!

I still think I made the right trade, but you have really pulled the diamond from the 20+ year old rough! Mad love.

Thanks Colonel. I definitely think you made the right trade:) I would not have gotten a chance to get it from Jon. What did you get in trade?

Pnut II, in collectors condition with all original paperwork and binder goodies!

It only cost me the SSI, LTD Dirty Blonde, and a MarkBass F1...
WORTH IT!!!

WARWICK CLUB LISTEN UP I NEED YOUR HELP!!

I'm about to buy a gently used 2002 Streamer Jazzman 4 but Im on the fence. Why do I need this bass?? Im a Fender guy, I love my Jazz Basses! But I had a 1998 FNA 4 and sold it last year because it didnt have the jazz pup and it never got played. Now Im gassing for another but doing it right this time and getting the jazz pup.

Hi - I figured the TB Warwick community might be interested in the old-school Warwick I have in the TB classifieds. It's a '93 Streamer bolt-on and quite an unusual one in that it has a 3 piece body. This was one of the first bolt-on Warwicks and at the time they were still making basses by hand. Most of these had the 2 piece bodies that went on to become the LX, but a few others had SSI/II shape wings glued onto a central strip. This is one of them. Pretty cool huh ?

Bassplace(same place as the photo) has a few of these they are selling on Ebay. I wish I had the money. I contacted them about two weeks ago and they were even willing to consider trades as partial payment. I've bought a bass from them before and it was great.

Yes I spoke to them on this too.
The had it for $300 more.
They did not seem like they wanted to budge.
The place I mentioned said direct drop ship from warwick warehouse at that price I mentioned.

I got my first Warwick last spring. An 06 Corvette Std. 5 string. For being the "low end" of Warwick's German-made basses, it's a fantastic and versatile bass with amazing quality. You can do anything with it.

I have owned a couple others, another 06 5 string Corvette Std. made of ash with passive MEC Dynamic Correction pickups. It was too aggressive sounding. Not that that's horrible in some situations, but you couldn't dial it out at all. I sold it.

I have also owned a 5 string FNA Jazzman. I loved that bass, but I used it as a partial trade on a streamer. I sold the first Corvette I mentioned as well.

Right now, here are the Warwicks I own. An 00 Streamer Stage II 5 string with a wenge neck, and an 02 Streamer Stage 1 5 string lined fretless.. flame maple. It is so nice. I don't think I will ever sell the SSII. My ownership of the fretless is up in the air. The broadneck string spacing is ok but I hate going back and forth between the two basses one after the other with the different spacing.
