P/J's *rawk*:

Get some new nickel rounds on there when she shows, and post pix!

A family pic will be posted.

And don't worry, I am not going to reduce the available pool of Fish too much. I just want one of each type of 4 string. I am 2/3rds of the way there.

Nice score getting a PJ. They're getting scarce. I envy you.

I didn't know there were three types of four-string fish. What other models were made aside from the JJ and the PJ?

There was the XL, which was a 4-string version of the 5L.. JJ pickups, with a three-position switch and master volume instead of V/V/T. I had one briefly, and I didn't think it sounded good as the V/V/T configuration.
After reading these last few posts, I have really bad G.A.S. for a PJ right now! Between their scarcity, the fierce competition for every 'Fish that surfaces, and lack of disposable income, I doubt I'll ever get one. Unless I trade one of my JJs..

Guys, I don't think the market for used Rev's is as crowded as you think.
We're like 50 zealots here with nothing better to do than blab about it;)
But how many times in the six months has someone turned up a used one you didn't know about?
Pretty often by me, and I got my eyes fairly wide open....

Thankfully, I think you are right. I do believe that their demand will rise with time, but I think we've all talked each other into believing they are scarcer than they are.
