I just have to post my Jetglo with my new pickup cover replacement from pickguardian. I hesitated taking off my pickup cover since I loved the look of it but I just play better with it off. I didn't really care for just the sharp cover that was left so I figured for 20 bucks I'd try this.

So with the Pickguardian bridge replacement, do you have to use both parts? If I like to anchor my thumb on the bridge pickup and it doesn't look like there's room with both pieces on.

Stop the bickering. Even though I like the look of a Rick with the pickup cover on, I don't tell people their Rick looks like crap cause in reality...

I agree that the cover looks cool but I also agree that the sweet spot is directly over the pickup.I reluctantly have mine off.

I am thinking about trading my 77 for another one that has BT(black trim). I am pretty much stuck on BT so my fireglo may have to be offered up as a sacrifice to the BT monster...If anyone has a BT bass they want to trade for a nice 77 fireglo let me know....
