I bought the deluxe. Unfortunately since my pickup needed rewound when I got the bass and is still over at Nordstrand I haven't had a chance to play with it yet. The bezel does look very nice and high quality though! Very nice little niche product that guy makes.

Guess I need a number now my new 4003 arrived today and it is awesome. Now i don't want to go to band practice tonight cause its an acoustic practice. Might have to bring this along since I play my AEB through an amp anyway. Here is a cell phone pic to busy jamming to get out the camera.

Thornton,that new fg is amazing. The new fwi's and new fretboard wood,along with the headstock stripes are just gorgeous. Same for the maple one,there,254.

Thornton: I am an infrequent poster on TB but have lurked here for many years and have to say this is one of my all-time favorite basses. So sorry to hear that this was stolen. Good god that is an awful break.
