Black Carbon Fiber 5ft x 1ft Car Wrap Vinyl Roll
to cover the pickguard with.
It is thin and soft, so it should be easy to cut clean without special tooling that I don't have.

Yup. Look up on Amazon. Comes as strong adhesive backed vinyl roll. People use it for car interiors.

Will a hair dryer do the trick?My black carbon fiber vinyl wrapfor my pickguard already arrived, but I see I really need a heatgun to do this justice. Hoping to procure one and attempt the wrap by end of weekend.
In the meantime, anyone know the gear ratio of the stock tuners?
