My bass is only equipped with a two band eq , but I generally leave the treble flat at center and maybe boost the low end just a small amount.

Well to me it sounds spot on with everything zeroed and maybe the scallop switch flipped to scoop out the middle, these basses are so well balanced from the get go that they don't need a lot of heavy eq for regular use…
My B-2's onboard circuit EQ is almost always dead flat. It's just perfect the way it is, without adjustment. If I'm trying to squeeze some life out of my strings as they start to go dead, however, I might give a gentle treble boost but not much. I do have a Source Audio EQ2 pedal (which is *amazing*) to tame some of the inherent upper-mid brightness, however.
The neck on the Streamline body is obviously smaller and the neck is thinner front to back and a bit more asymmetric. What features are you exactly trying to compare? That would help in providing you with better info.
Do they both feel comfortably balanced on strap or sitting, i.e. no neck dive?
Also, any other comparative impressions about the playing feel and sound.
Probably looking for fretless at that time, if my hands get strong enough.
(It will be far future for me, but these 2 are top of my wishlist so far (pick one)).
I have no particular allegiance to traditional body shapes.

I've not played a Streamline, but I did have a Radius bass for awhile. I liked it, it was very versatile and ergonomic, but with the bridge position and the 35" scale, first position is a far reach (I have this same issue with Spectors too). I found myself playing about 2 frets sharp all the time if I wasn't watching my fretting hand. I liked the feel of the neck a lot, wasn't too chunky or anything.
The Radius bass balanced great, with the weight of the tuners at the bridge there was no neck dive at all while standing). And there's a LOT of tones in there, between the EMG's and the piezo. I see they did the 6 string as a 34", so I'm curious if that would work for me better, but I'd want to try it first.

I have a bunch of headless basses, none of them have any neck dive whatsoever that's due to the heavy bridge holding the tail end down and no headstock. That's one of the primary benefits of headless basses and the other is they're much more compact.
I don't like chunky necks so the NS design didn't work for me. To me, the neck seems like it's unnecessarily chunky and round and essentially not very refined. Good tones can be had from it but for me that did not outweigh the thickness of the neck. So I did not keep it very long.
The Streamline on the other hand is an asymmetrical neck and feels great, I do not have the fretless version of the Streamline so I can't talk to it but would assume you would get great sustain just because of the neck and fret board materials.
I've got two Stealths, one with the default humbuckers and electronics, one with the fancier switchable coil/paramatrix EQ, and a Streamline, which has the same humbucker setup as the "basic" Stealth. I've only gigged the humbucker Stealth and the Streamline, and I've pretty much always kept the EQ flat. But what I *do* do is tweak the neck/bridge pickup balance just a tad, depending on the musical material and the state of my strings, usually to favor the neck pickup a little. The Paramatrix electronics are very different, and I haven't been able to play that Stealth (a COVID-era acquisition) in a live ensemble setting to figure out my "best practices" yet.
I've never been able to play a Radius, though if I ever buy another bass gutiar, it might well be one. I really like my NS Designs EUB.
I bought my first Status Graphite because my favorite bass was my Steinberger XL-2A, which I still love, but which only has 4 strings, and I was in a band where a 5 string was a practical necessity for some of the material. I actually didn't buy a Streamline right off the bat, because it doesn't have the Steinberger pivot plate, nor the folding "leg" for seated playing, and I wasn't convinced that Rob's Streamline design really worked around those issues. So my first Status was a Stealth - a damned near perfect bass guitar, to my tastes. But I had some money a few years later, had ended up regretting not having LEDs installed on the original Stealth, so I ordered a Streamline (with corner LEDs). It's surprisingly good to play seated, despite the very minimal leg cutaway, but I mostly play standing, whatever the bass. The extended, thin, upper bout gives a perfectly balanced strap attachment point, and it's very comfortable to play standing - it positions fine ergonomically, and it's very light, much lighter than the old Steinberger. The one word of caution I'd offer on the Streamline, and the reason I prefer the Stealth for "serious" sessions and gigs, even though the convenience of just throwing the Streamline over my shoulder makes it the bass I bring to rehearsals and jams more often than not, is that for playing *way* up the neck, the asymmetric neck/body fusion of the Streamline makes certain chords awkward to play, compared to the XL-2 or the Stealth. But I'm talkin' crazy, up to the 22nd fret stuff with big voice intervals.
Well I found a Status Graphite Bass locally this week and don't know alot about these instruments and company. Can any one provide model info and ETA on build. I was told it may be a 90s make. 2 band EQ.. it's a really nice specimen. Stoked to come across it! Looks and plays fantastic. Thanks in advance for any info.. ;-)

I would guess newer than '90s since it has a truss rod, and with that routing maybe mid '00s? I had an S2 with that kind, and it was an '09. I believe the red writing on the pickups is earlier.

Congratulations! I have the exact same bass in red. Mine is from 2000. I believe this basses weee built between 1999 and 2004 or so. The serial number in the back will tell you what month/year it was built.

Rob has announced his retirement today. That is effectively the end of Status Graphite as we know it. They had a good run and changed the industry as they went.
Just stunned. Wow. Obviously, most importantly, very glad to hear Mr. Green is having a positive recovery.
