I'm gonna claim stupidity on this, as I don't know the technical aspects.
My basic understanding of the buffer, is to provide a signal strength similar to that of your bass going straight to the amp, as adding pedals in your signal chain will cause a "tone-suck", similar to having multiple pots on a passive bass.
TB experts, please correct me if I'm wrong.
Pretty sure @johnk_10 would be able to sum it up better.

Strange, I'm not sure if you have seen my post responding to yours, but I have received my package today via DHL.
I ran a One Control Granth Buffered Boost between a Partical Accellerator X and Space Heater - that solved the tube squealing for me.
You could get an actual simple buffer in an even small format for 1/3 of the price@4Mal Thanks. One Control also makes a simple buffer in that format. I could tuck it under the board and not have to worry about switching it on or accidentally adjusting any controls. If nothing else pops up for solutions, I may give it a whirl.

Yes, I know it's a Broughton,
When I bought my Ictineo pedal from a fellow TBer, I was offered something along the lines of UPS for $40 and USPS for $16, I went UPS.Waiting is certainly a pain.

Would you be willing to pay the higher shipping cost for UPS or DHL over USPS plus the additional time the @Sushi Box FX might need to process those packages? Just asking for next time.
Agreed, I like the look on raw, but the colors and the details really pop on the white. The full artwork on white looks gorgeous!
This is a pre-clearcoat pic so the raw and whites will be glossier and sparklier, but I wanted to get a family photo as I think this is the first time every single finish option has been ordered for one pedal in one month.
