I got my UA a few days ago. Love it. I wish I still had the PA to compare it to, but it seems that the UA is a little easier to dial in some smooth dirt.
I'm using both a Finally and the UA as add-ons to my Helix Stomp XL. I love the Helix, but I also love the ability to change my tone with minimal fuss. And of course anyone that knows me knows that I won't shut up about how much I love the Fender tone stack

Was pretty satisfied with the bass sound I got in my VH tribute last weekend. Signal path includes an Elementary 2nd in chain after a Cali76, which then goes to some light OD and off to amp modeling/cab IR.

I use this with my UA and I have a finally DI at the end of my chain. This compressor is awesome and for comparison I also own cali76, Keeley, whirlwind and Ampeg compressors.

That was a great video. Sound quality was really good for YouTube. I also like the fact that there was a camera mounted in a spot that actually made the stage look nice! Such a refreshing change from seeing a band from the sneakers up perspective.

Thanks guys! I mostly shared to put some more sound samples out there of sushi stuff, even though it’s a live recording so not perfect.
The OD being used after the is a 29 Pedals FLWR, which I’m doing a crossover split inside my Quad Cortex to feed the drives and keep the super low end totally clean, so there’s definitely some more happening than just the sushibox. However, that drive is set super low gain just to get some of that hair on the edges of things in a switchable manner.
Overall, I would definitely say that a lot of the character and punch of the sound is coming from the Elementary — it’s been great!
Im sure this haz been covered and search functions and all but I'm being lazy... Has anyone used a More in the effects loop of a class D? Thoughts? Used to do that with a Westinghouse but sold it. Kind of wish I still had it Wondering how the More would do......

I have and I like it better in the FX loop after the amp’s preamp rather than as the first thing in signal chain.

My board has a More at the end of chain going into a Fender Rumble 500 FX return. Sounds mega clean and punchy.
How does the tone stack bypass change the sound of the UA (besides a gain increase)? I would think that any "tube goodness" would be the same with or without the tone stack engaged. What am I missing?

With the UA tone stack flat (bass and treble at 0, mids maxed), the only real (=audible) difference vs the SH is less gain on tap. I have both and have had 'em on the same board simultaneously.
Exactly this. The only real reason to bypass the tonestack is to get more gain. If you just want a flat response, 0-10-0 on the tonestack will do the same thing just 30dB quieter.
I know Venus X is priority #1…but is there any good eta regarding Furthermore? Based on the website description, I can use one of those!
No ETA yet, it still needs a fair amount of legwork and most likely a couple iterations. I expect that one to also be pretty popular if I do a good job on it, so obviously I want to make sure I do a good job on it.

Yikes! I just read the brief on Furthermore… the tube structure of More with the Slampegg EQ plus lpf/hpf… plus DI… is that right?!?
